Detroit, MI (December 15, 2021) - Two people were reportedly injured in a house fire in Detroit on the morning of December 13. Just before 4:00 a.m., firefighters and police were sent to assist at the site of the fire.
Sources said the house caught fire near the intersection of Nautical Way and Sand Bar Lane. Emergency medical services were also dispatched to the area to assist the injured parties.
Reports indicated that the fire was extinguished upon the arrival of firefighters at the scene. The two injured victims were transported to an area hospital to be treated for injuries.
Their identities have not been reported at this time. Police continue to investigate the details of the incident.
