Lockport, MI (November 24, 2021) - A 70-year-old Three Rivers resident sustained critical injuries after a two-vehicle collision in St. Joseph County on Tuesday, November 23rd.
The accident took place on State Highway 86 in the area of Neaman Road in Lockport.
Deputies said the victim was driving a Honda Accord westbound on M-86 when it collided with a Ford F-150 pick-up truck.
The Honda then left the roadway and overturned after it struck a mound.
The driver was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The driver of the Ford was unharmed.
Officials reported that all seat belts were worn and alcohol is not a suspected factor in the accident.
